General description
Chalet Hussl is peacefully situated, at 1.5 km from the village of Fügen. The chalet exists out of four apartments, rented as one and suitable for groups up to 16 persons. The centre of Fügen is ca. 2 km away and here are a number of apres-ski facilities, restaurants and shops.
The ski area of Hochfugen-Hochzillertal offers 181 km of pistes and is accessible with the lifts departing from Hochfigen (at 15.5 km) and Kaltenbach (at 9.5 km). The bus stop is situated at 50 metres from the chalet. Moreover, at Fügen is a child-friendly ski area situated (Spieljoch) with 21 km of wide, mainly red, slopes. The Spieljochbahn, at 3 km, leads to this area – and at the valley station the ski school is found.
Chalet Hussl is comfortably furnished and has several living rooms/kitchens, balconies and a terrace. At the accommodation is a parking available.
Note: one room at the lower ground floor is regularly used by the owner.
Layout
This chalet is divided over three floors. The chalet exists out of four apartments, rented as one.
There is a living room with a sofa, a TV and a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a fridge, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine and a dining area. There is a small living -/ dining room with a dining table and an open kitchen with a stove, a fridge, an oven and a dishwasher. Furthermore, there is a small living -/ dining room with a dining table and an open kitchen with a stove, a fridge and an oven. There is a fourth kitchen and a number of balconies and one terrace.
There are seven bedrooms, four with a double bed (one situated under a sloped ceiling, height of 150-200 cm), two with a double sofa bed (one connecting room under a sloped ceiling, height of 150-200 cm) and one bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed. Some bedrooms have a TV as well. There are three bathrooms, two with a bath and a toilet and one with a shower and a toilet.
The given price applies for an occupancy of maximum 14 persons. For extra persons and additional charge of € 70,- p.p.p.w. (excl. ski pass), asked (see extra options). The maximum capacity of this chalet is 16 persons – extra persons can use the double sofa bed in the living room.
