Gerlos Alpine Estate is a beautiful apartment complex with a total of twelve apartments. All apartments have a very luxurious and stylish appearance. The apartment complex has a lovely quiet location with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains or the town of Gerlos. The Dorfbahn cable car is 900 meters away and the ski bus stops just 250 meters from the apartments. This Dorfbahn lift takes you directly into the area, you can then easily continue towards Zell am Ziller or Koningsleiten but of course you can also explore the slopes of Gerlos itself. At the end of the day you take the downhill run to Gerlos Centrum, this ends at the Dorfbahn, here you will also find the famous après-ski.
The center of Gerlos with its many après-ski possibilities, restaurants and stores starts at about 400 meters from Gerlos Alpine Estate.
Gerlos Alpine Estate has a reception, elevator, ski storage room with ski boot dryer, sauna and parking garage. Bread roll service is available.
The luxurious and spacious apartments have a living room with LED TV (incl. Dutch channels), sitting area with wood stove and dining area. The designer kitchen includes a stove, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer, Senseo and kettle. Furthermore, the apartment has free Wi-Fi and there is a terrace.
Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. One bathroom with shower, bath and toilet.
