Everything was great; beautiful, clean, idyllic. Only point of criticism is the unfriendly communication with the owner. We were first received very warmly by the son of Mrs. Spitaler on the first evening, but the app contact with Mrs. Spitaler herself, was definitely not what we are used to in Austria. (I am notaben half German, so we could communicate even in Duis) We informed, for example, that we loved the house, but that unfortunately we could not get snow chains, and that the jakuzzie needs a cloretablet (it started to smell very bad after 2 days). Mrs. Spitaler really communicates very unfriendly/ blunt/ uninterested via the app. Also in the house there are some bills and boorish communication: 'ornamental wood, if you do use it you will get a fine' . or: 'the jakuzzi is not turned on/off, if you do you will get a fine' . We experienced an emergency 1 evening; my husband had to leave the car in the middle of the roadway, and walk upstairs with the children at night. Mrs. Spitaler could not be reached and was not interested in the outcome. Had it been a matter of life or death, she would not have been available; we found this very annoying.
