The chalet is located at the entrance to Königsleiten, giving it a quiet, yet central location. The center of Königsleiten, including several restaurants, bars, stores and supermarket is within walking distance. The Märchenwald elevator is only 300 meters from chalet-apartment Sabine and when there is enough snow it is even possible to ski back to the chalet.
