Chalet-apartment Skilift is situated directly at the piste and at walking distance from the Eberharters Almdorf lift with practice run. From here you can access the Königsleitner Bergbahnen that will bring you directly to the ski area of the Zillertal Arena. It is even possible to ski back to you accommodation at the end of the day, throughout the season!
The centre of Königsleiten is found nearby and has e.g. several shops, a supermarket and a wide offer in après-ski bars. Moreover, there are two ski schools and there is ski rental.

Spacious clean house with practical, good oven and very extensive cutlery, dishes, glasses and other cooking utensils. Sauna for max 3 people sitting. Large and clean bathroom, plenty of storage space and hooks on walls. Pleasant little extra hallway with stove to place ski boards. Great location on practice slope with ski elevator. TV couch not quite ideally placed, but in itself fine. Cottage is on 1st floor so with stairs for entry. The two rooms in the attic are not accessible while standing, no problem for us because we are flexible :). For kids anyway super fun to sleep there. We found it a very cozy cottage. Nice village and beautiful surroundings. At the edge of forest and with the drag elevator up you were so close to the ski elevator. Reception was great and easily accessible.

The chalet is in a very pleasant location. Namely right next to the slopes, you can ski straight out and in. Small note is that you have to take the drag lift and then walk about 50-100 meters from the top of the drag lift to the gondola. If there is enough snow you can ski to the front door. If there is little snow you have to cross a street. The chalet itself is very nice. The living room is very spacious and with high ceilings, so it feels very large. Upstairs (4 beds) the ceiling is very low but not very annoying. Fine for sleeping.
