The spacious apartment Rosi und Oliver is located near the center of Ried im Zillertal (500 meters) and about 1 km from the better-known Kaltenbach. The ski bus stops already at ca. 150 meters from the apartment and takes you within five minutes to the slopes in Kaltenbach (free on presentation of your ski pass). A gondola leaves from Kaltenbach to the large and versatile ski area of Hochzillertal-Hochfügen. You can also choose to spend a day skiing in the Zillertal Arena ski area. The ski elevator of Zell am Ziller is already about 10 km away from the apartment.
The village of Ried im Zillertal with a few restaurants, some bars, stores and a supermarket is a nice and quiet family destination close to top ski resorts. Kaltenbach, which is nearby, is more lively and here you will find some more après-ski and dining options. Between Ried im Zillertal and Kaltenbach is a trail through the forest where you can hike along the Ziller River.
The apartment is comfortably furnished, fully equipped and features a south-facing terrace where you have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. There is a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer where you can store your equipment. There is also parking available.
Additional rental equipment can be picked up in Kaltenbach, directly at the bottom of the ski elevator.

Comfortable living kitchen with a 1-person sofa bed, sitting area with flat-screen TV and radio. Fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, 4 ceramic hobs, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. Furthermore, the apartment has Wi-Fi and a terrace facing south.
Two bedrooms, one with a double bed (length 200 cm) and a single bed (length 190 cm) and one bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with shower. Separate toilet.
