General description
The spacious apartment Rosi und Oliver is situated close to the centre of Ried im Zillertal (500 metres altitude) and close to well known Kaltenbach (about 1 km away). The ski bus stops at just 150 metres from the apartment and will bring you to the slopes in Kaltenbach within 5 minutes. This ski bus is free if you have a lift pass. From Kaltenbach a gondola departs towards the larg and varied Hochzillertal ski area. You can also choose to visit the Zillertal Arena ski area. The ski lift in Zell am Ziller towards that area is about 10 km away from Apartment Rosi und Oliver.
The village of Ried im Zillertal has a few restaurants, some bars, shops and a supermarket. It is a fun and peaceful family destination close to several popular ski areas. Kaltenbach, which is closely situated, is more lively and therefore you can find more après-ski bars and dining facilities there. Between Ried im Zillertal and Kaltenbach there is a hiking trail through the forest and passing the Ziller.
The Rosi und Oliver apartment has a comfortable interior and has all comforts such as a terrace facing South where you can enjoy an amazing view over the surrounding mountains. The building has a ski storage with ski shoe dryer where you can store your equipment. There are parking spaces available.
Prebooked equipment will have to be collected in Kaltenbach, where you can find the rental shop at the base of the ski lift.

This spacious apartment has a private entrance and is situated at the ground floor.
Comfortable living room / kitchen with a single sofabed, sitting corner with flatscreen TV and radio. Completely equipped kitchen with e.g. four ceramic hotplates, an oven, fridge and a dishwasher. The apartment has a Wi-Fi internet connection and a terrace facing South.
Two bedrooms, of which one with a double bed (200 cm length) and a single bed (190 cm length) and another bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with a shower. Separate toilet.
