Friendly hosts, spacious and neat apartment. Ski bus stops outside the door and great location relative to Kaltenbach, Mayrhofen and Zell am Ziller. The latter we did do by car, which is long and cumbersome with the slibus. Only disadvantage we found that there are few restaurants, bars, stores, etc within walking distance.
