General description
The Obersteiner chalet-apartment is situated in a quiet location on the Gerlos Mountain. The valley station of the Rosenalmbahn is about 5 km away, but it is also possible to drive to the middle station of the Rosenalmbahn / Karspitzbahn (approx. 5.6 km) and get on there. These lifts will take you directly to the Zillertal Arena ski area. The ski bus stop is near the chalet apartment. Also other ski areas in the Zillertal can be reached in a few minutes by car. The Horbergbahn with access to Zillertal 3000 is about 10 km away and from Kaltenbach (approx. 12 km) you can reach the Hochzillertal-Hochfügen ski area.
Apartment Obersteiner has a nice living room with a sitting area and two balconies overlooking the surrounding mountain landscape. Furthermore, there is a ski storage room with ski boot dryers, four parking spaces and a Wi-Fi internet connection.
It's only a few minutes' drive (ca. 4 km) from chalet-apartment Obersteiner to the centre of Zell am Ziller. Here you can do your daily shopping, but there are also a number of shops and restaurants.
The owner lives in the same house on the ground floor.
The apartment is divided over two floors and can be reached from the outside.
On the first floor there is a nice living room with sitting area and television. Separate kitchen with sitting area, hotplates, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and coffee maker.
On the living floor you'll find two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and washbasin and one of which has a bunk bed, washbasin and shower (in the bedroom itself). Separate toilet.
The second floor has three bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and two triple rooms each with a double bed and a single bed. Two bathrooms, of which one with shower and one with shower and toilet. Separate toilet.
On request it is allowed to bring a maximum of one baby (= child from 0 to 2 years old, on day of arrival) above the stated maximum occupancy on your trip (free of charge). Please note: The additional baby must be specified when booking!
