Alpe d'Huez is a lovely village with modern supplies and a very accessible in regard to the lifts. Besides, non-skiers will not be bored due to the various facilities and activities that are offered in this village.
For the hikers there is over 30 km of hiking paths available and cross-country fanatics can enjoy about 50 km of trails which are situated at an altitude of about 2000 metres. A large advantage of this is the snow certainty.

In the village there are many things to do as well! In Alpe d'Huez you'll find many restaurants, bars and other nightlife. There is good après-ski in the village and for the fans of classical music there are concerts in the church.
