The Hameau de Flaine chalets are located in the highest part of Flaine, in the beautiful chalet district of the same name 'Le Hameau de Flaine'. The chalets are built in the Scandinavian style and are comfortably furnished. Centrally in the district you will find the 'General Store' with a.o. the reception, a supermarket, ski rental and a restaurant.
To go skiing or snowboarding, you can choose to take a (fairly flat) ski path that leads directly to the blue "Opale" piste, or you can take the free ski bus to the piste (approx. 3 minutes) which runs every 10 to 15 minutes throughout the day. You will find the ski bus stop at the bottom of the park and on the path to the piste at the top of the park.
The district 'Flaine Foret' with more shops, restaurants and other facilities, is about 1 km away. The ski school is about 1.5 km away.
For guests staying at the Chalets Hameau de Flaine there is a free taxi van available from evening until midnight that will take you to and from the centre of Flaine. So it's very easy to dine in the cosy centre of Flaine, because you'll be picked up at the door and neatly "brought home" again!
Spacious furnished living room of 43 m² with a dining area, comfortable seating area, wood-burning stove and flat-screen TV. Spacious kitchen with, among other things, a ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, grill plate, raclette set, fondue set and dishwasher.

In the chalet it was very dirty, especially kitchen and kauken material we had to clean ourselves before we could use anything. There were a lot of lamps broken everywhere.
