Résidence Les Fermes de Châtel is a recently built résidence in the center of Châtel (opened in December 2015). The résidence has 87 apartments spread over 3 chalet buildings, each with four floors.

Practical classified apartment with all amenities and space you need. The staff is friendly, the reception was a bit messy with crowds but plenty. Other amenities like the pool / hot tub / steam room are very fine (press just for the food by many children), but also other services like for example the possibility to rent a raclette set its top. The best of these is the chalets location, literally 5-10 meters away from the main ski lifts and right in the center so close to nice terraces, shops, restaurants and bars.
