Spacious, cozy apartments with shared sauna in Châtel

General description

The recently built Mont Royal apartments are located in the Vonnes district in the winter sports village of Châtel. About 750 meters away you will find the Super Châtel cabin elevator in the center of Châtel and about 1 km away the Portes du Soleil and Gabelou chairlifts in the Vonnes district. From the Super Châtel area you can ski to the Swiss part of Les Portes du Soleil and from the Gabelou chairlift to the Linga/Pré-la-Joux area (with connection to Avoriaz/Morzine). The ski area of Les Portes du Soleil has a whopping 650 kilometers of slopes, enough to keep you entertained! About every 15 minutes a ski bus goes to the center of Châtel and to the chairlifts Portes du Soleil and Gabelou. The ski bus stops 25 meters away from the apartments.

In the center of Châtel you will find nice bars, pubs and restaurants for après-ski! Furthermore, Châtel has (sports) stores, ski schools, an indoor pool with wellness center and extensive cross-country skiing and hiking opportunities.

The spacious apartments Mont Royal are tastefully and modernly decorated. The résidence consists of two adjacent buildings (both with elevator) connected by a lobby and garage. Each apartment has its own ski locker and Wi-Fi internet connection.

This apartment has one parking space in the garage of the résidence. More cars can be parked in the covered parking garage in the center of Châtel (for a fee).

Layout

This apartment is located on the third floor in Building B.

Cozy living room with a sitting area with television, fireplace and dining table. Fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, (small) freezer, coffee maker (filter), Nespresso machine, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. Furthermore, this apartment has a washing machine, dryer, Wi-Fi internet connection and a balcony facing west.

Three bedrooms, two with a double bed each and one 5-person room with a bunk bed and 3-person bunk bed (three beds on top of each other). Two bathrooms, one with bath and one en-suite with shower and toilet. Separate toilet.

Although this apartment has nine beds, the maximum number of people allowed is 8.
