Chalet Ferme du Rys is a beautiful renovated farm from 1798 with a cinema, games room, sauna and an outdoor whirlpool with beautiful views of the surroundings. The chalet is located in the village of La Chapelle d'Abondance at 1 kilometer from the Panthiaz gondola, which takes you to the ski area of Les Portes du Soleil.
The centre of La Chapelle d'Abondance is approximately 1 km away and has a supermarket, sports shops, restaurants and bars. For more facilities you can go to Châtel located at 4.5 km from the chalet.
Chalet Ferme du Rys perfectly combines original features with modern luxury and a beautiful interior. After an active day on the slopes you can relax in the chalet in front of the woodstove, in the sauna or with a movie in the home cinema. Still want to be a bit active? Then go play pool or table tennis!
The chalet is divided over four floors.
On the first floor there is a comfortable and spacious living room with sitting area, wood stove and dining area. A modern open kitchen, with breakfast bar, equipped with a stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. From the living room there is a spacious balcony with outdoor whirlpool and stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Furthermore you'll find on this floor a TV-room and a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. Separate toilet.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. One bedroom with two bunk beds and a single bed (all 90 x 180cm) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the ground floor you will find a large games room with pool table and table tennis table and a home cinema with OLED TV, streaming channels and a PlayStation 4. Furthermore there is a bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Separate toilet.
In the basement is an 8-person sauna with relaxation area and shower.
On request the two single beds can be made up as a double bed.
