The atmospheric village St. Jean d'Arves is situated in the extensive ski region of Les Sybelles. This family friendly village forms a good alternative for those who prefer a quiet, authentic French destination over a modern ski village like Le Corbier. From the village there is an amazing view over de three mountaintops of the Aguilles d'Arves. The village owes its name to these peaks.
St. Jean d'Arves has an old centre and a few newly constructed accommodations near the lifts and the piste. These lifts and pistes offer you access to about 300 km of varied slopes of the Les Sybelles ski region. At the foot of the slopes the ski school is located and a restaurant. There are also two drag lifts leading the beginners to the practice slope.
In the village you will find several restaurants and bars, two supermarkets, some shops and day care.
