General description
The apartment building Altitude is located at the upper part of the village above the centre (approx. 300 meters), next to Résidence Val 2400 and opposite of Les Balcons the Val Thorens. The residence is practically situated right next to the slopes of Les Trois Vallées. Altitude offers luxurious chalet-apartments for 4 up to 14 persons. The residence has a swimming pool and sauna that guest can use without extra charges.
The slope runs right above the apartments, which makes it possible to ski back to about 50 meters from the apartments (off-piste). The supermarket is at a distance of 50 meters and bread delivery service is also possible via the reception. There is a number of restaurants and bars to be found within a distance of just 50 meters. The rental shop is next to the reception, so the equipment you might hire can be picked right there!
The centre of Val Thorens can be reached by foot in about 300 meters, walking down. This centre has all facilities necessary to enjoy your holiday to the fullest. The free ski bus from and to the centre of Val Thorens is found at 20 metres. The ski lessons start in the lower part of Val Thorens. Beginners can reach the meeting point by ski bus, those whom are more advanced can take a blue slope.
Chalet Altitude has a private parking garage. Spots can be booked in advance for an additional fee of € 70.00 per week. The height of the garage is 2.10 meters. The public parking P0 of Val Tho Parc is situated at about 150 meters from Chalet Altitude (to be arranged online: www.valthoparc.com).
The apartments of Chalet Altitude will be entirely renovated and restyled in the Summer of 2018. The pictures showing the living room show the "old" situation.
Layout
Nicely decorated living room with a fire place, sitting area, dining area and TV. The open kitchen is equipped with e.g. a dishwasher, four hotplates, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and a fridge with freezer compartment. Balcony. Furthermore, there is a ski locker with ski shoe dryers and a Wi-Fi internet connection.
Four bedrooms, of which two with a double bed each and two bedrooms with two single beds in each room. Three bathrooms, of which one with a bath and two bathrooms with a shower. Two toilets.
