Fortunately we came prepared with toilet cleaner and air freshener and disinfectant spray and wipes for the kitchen. The floor in the general living room was not very clean when we arrived with wrappers found under the table and behind the sofa which we moved to close the curtain. Another note to bring to your attention is the noise disturbance we endured throughout our stay. I don't know how to explain it but it sounded like people in neighbouring units were moving furniture around for a few hours each evening. Sounds were very similar to someone scrapping a chair on a wooden floor when moving from the table. However, you do not expect to hear this in excess of a couple of hours at a time. We couldn't work out where the noise was coming from as we could hear it throughout the accommodation /unit. The staff at reception however where very friendly when seeking additional pillows and requesting our bakery order.

Fine spacious apartment with all the amenities needed to stay for a week. Friendly welcome and help with any questions we had during our stay. Apartment complex has a super location! From the 5th floor, where each apartment has its own ski storage cabin, you can ski down from the apartment and at the end of the day you can ski back into your apartment complex. Furthermore, very centrally located, within 3 minutes you are in the heart of the center! Very nice experience. Next year I will definitely consider booking again through Chalet.nl!
