Le Hameau du Kashmir is a prestigious project of the well-known Montagnettes (December 2012). This residence, opened in 2012, is directly located at the entrance of the lively village of Val Thorens.
Le Hameau du Kashmir is situated at the blue slope "Plein Sud". The chairlift 'Plein Sud' passes by the accommodation. From the apartments you can directly access on the piste. There is a good connection to the rest of the ski area. The Résidence offers 39 apartments and there are 53 suites situated in the neighbouring hotel.
At 5 minutes walking distance from the apartments there are shops, restaurants and the sport centre situated. There is a possibility to make use of the free ski bus that circulated through the village.
Le Hameau du Kashmir has several facilities like a ski depot, Wi-Fi (one code for one device), a swimming pool and three different saunas. There facilities are free of charge and for an additional fee you can make use of the offered bread service and massage treatments. Furthermore, there is a restaurant situated in the Résidence (breakfast and dinner can be booked in advance).
There is a living room with a comfortable seating corner, double sofa bed, flat-screen television with DVD player and a dining corner. The completely equipped kitchen has a fridge, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is also floor heating and a balcony at the apartment.
There are two bedrooms with a double bed or two single beds. Two bathrooms with a bath or shower and a toilet.

Very helpful staff and nice big apartment with plenty of helpful features. Pool was nice but not big enough to swim lengths or warm enough as a leisure pool but this is a minor criticism! Overall a lovely chalet which I would use again.
