Chalet Balcon du Paradis is a charming, comfortably furnished chalet with a fireplace, sauna and outdoor whirlpool located in the traditional mountain village of Le Villaret. Le Villaret is a small hamlet 5 to 10 minutes drive from Vallandry and about 600 meters from the charming village of Peisey. In Peisey you can do your daily shopping and you'll also find ski rental and all sorts of places to go out.
From Villaret there is a free ski lift (Lonzagne, located about 350 meters from Chalet Balcon du Paradis) to the heart of Peisey-Vallandry. Also you step here on the Vanoise Express. This lift runs from 9 am to 6 pm (changes reserved).
The chalet is a semi-detached house (Balcon du Paradis is the right part) and is built in traditional style with lots of wood and stone. There is free parking at the chalet, including a garage with room for one car. Because the chalet is located in the highest part of the hamlet, you have a fantastic view over the valley through the large windows of the living room.
This type consists of the two adjacent chalets Balcon du Paradis and Piccola Pietra.
This chalet is divided over three floors.
The living room has a sitting area with fireplace and television with DVD player, dining area and large panoramic windows. Open kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer), electric cooker, oven, microwave, fondue set, raclette set and coffee maker. There is also a second sitting area on the mezzanine with a sofa and television (limited headroom because of the sloping roof). Furthermore, the chalet has a washer and dryer, free internet (Wi-Fi), ski storage, ski boot dryer and it is partially equipped with floor heating. Outside you'll find a terrace with a whirlpool and a sauna house with a 4-6 person sauna and shower.
