Résidence Baita Antlia offers chalet apartments within walking distance (approx. 100 meters) of the slopes in the beautiful Arabba-Marmolada ski area. From here you can easily ski to the Burz chairlift; this is also the ideal starting point for the famous Sella Ronda ski tour.
The center of Arabba is at a distance of 450 meters, by ski the center with ski school is easily accessible. Opposite the residence is the cozy restaurant "Stube Ladina".
