New and modern apartments directly on the slopes in Livigno

General description

Right on the slopes in Livigno is the charming and small-scale apartment complex Casa Botanica. The four modern apartments, completed in the fall of 2024, are equipped with all contemporary comforts and exude a warm, alpine atmosphere.

Casa Botanica is located on the southern side of Livigno, a short distance from the Doss 18 drag elevator. Despite its quiet location, there is excellent access to the ski slopes; you can ski directly to and from the apartment. If there is enough snow, you can get to about 10 meters from your apartment on skis. Behind the apartment building runs a ski path from the mountain station of the Doss 18 drag elevator. The valley station of this drag elevator is 200 meters via a path through the snow or 400 meters by road. Or catch the ski bus to one of the other elevators in the village. With as many as 115 kilometers of snow-sure slopes, Livigno offers endless fun for winter sports enthusiasts of all levels. The chalet is located 1.1 km from the Carosello 3000 gondola elevator.

Nearby you will find a supermarket, ski schools, tax-free stores and an array of restaurants to suit all tastes. The center of Livigno is just a 4-minute drive away and offers plenty of activities for all ages. A charming ribbon village, Livigno has a lively mix of cozy restaurants and various stores along its extensive main road, perfect for enjoying the local offerings. For relaxation, visit the Aquagranda wellness complex.

In total, the four vacation apartments can accommodate 21 people, making the accommodation also very suitable for families and groups of friends traveling together.

The chalet has a ski storage room with ski boot heating (a private locker for each apartment), a communal garden, washing machine, an elevator and for each apartment one free private parking space in the garage (charging of electric cars possible - extra charge).

Layout

This cozy chalet apartment is located on the first floor.

The spacious living room with sofa and dining table is stylish and cozy. The open kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, toaster, induction hob, kettle and dishwasher.
There is also a sunny terrace/patio and the apartment is equipped with modern conveniences such as Wi-Fi, washing machine, floor heating, Nespresso coffee machine and a Smart TV.

The apartment has two bedrooms, each with two single beds, and two bathrooms with shower, toilet, hairdryer and bidet. There is also a private Turkish bath for wonderful relaxation after a day on the slopes.
