New and modern apartments directly on the slopes in Livigno

General description

The charming, small-scale apartment complex Casa Botanica is situated right next to the slopes in Livigno. The five modern apartments, due for completion in autumn 2024, are equipped with all modern conveniences and exude a warm, alpine atmosphere.

Casa Botanica is situated on the southern side of Livigno, a short distance from the Doss 18 ski lift. Despite its peaceful location, there is excellent access to the ski slopes; you can ski directly to and from the apartment. When there is enough snow, you can ski right up to about 10 metres from your flat. Behind the apartment block, a ski trail runs from the top station of the Doss 18 T-bar lift. The bottom station of this T-bar lift is 200 metres away via a path through the snow or 400 metres via the road. Alternatively, take the ski bus to one of the other lifts in the village. With no fewer than 115 kilometres of snow-guaranteed slopes, Livigno offers endless fun for winter sports enthusiasts of all abilities. The chalet is 1.1 km from the Carosello 3000 gondola lift.

In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a supermarket, ski schools, duty-free shops and a wide range of restaurants to suit all tastes. The centre of Livigno is just a 4-minute drive away and offers plenty of activities for all ages. As a charming ribbon village, Livigno boasts a lively mix of cosy restaurants and a variety of shops along its main street, perfect for enjoying what the local area has to offer. For relaxation, head to the Aquagranda wellness complex.

In total, the five holiday homes can accommodate 25 people, making the property ideal for families and groups of friends travelling together.

The chalet features a ski storage room with ski boot warmers (a private locker for each apartment), a communal garden, a washing machine, a lift and one free private parking space in the garage for each apartment (electric car charging available – for a fee).

Free ski pass for bookings in the periods from 5 December 2026 to 19 December 2026 and from 10 April 2027 to 1 May 2027!

This cozy chalet apartment is located on the first floor.

The spacious living room with sofa and dining table is stylish and cozy. The open kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, toaster, induction hob, kettle and dishwasher.
There is also a sunny terrace/patio and the apartment is equipped with modern conveniences such as Wi-Fi, washing machine, floor heating, Nespresso coffee machine and a Smart TV.

The apartment has two bedrooms, each with two single beds, and two bathrooms with shower, toilet, hairdryer and bidet. There is also a private Turkish bath for wonderful relaxation after a day on the slopes.
