General description

Flats Le Cascate are located on the southern outskirts of Livigno. There are eight flats in total.

Thanks to its location at 200 metres the ski lift, you quickly step onto the slopes in the morning and enjoy Livigno's extensive ski area all day long. The ski bus stops a short distance away and takes you easily to one of the other lifts in the village. Livigno's ski area offers more than 115 kilometres of slopes, divided between the Carosello 3000 and Mottolino areas. Its high altitude makes it a snow-sure destination.

For a bite to eat or a drink, you don't have to look far. Near the flats you will find a few restaurants and some shops for daily shopping. In the main state, you can find cosy après-ski, atmospheric restaurants and the many duty-free shops the village is known for. The lively, car-free centre of Livigno is around 3 km away.

There is also a ski storage room and Wi-Fi (for a fee). The car can be parked outside for free, or you can use the car park (extra charge).
