Chalet Maria Rose is ideal for large groups. Here you have the opportunity to stay in one chalet but have the privacy of your own bedroom and bathroom. This former guesthouse has several rooms where you can spend your evenings together.
Just 1.3 km away is the Fleckenalmbahn which takes you directly into the entire Kitzski Kitzbühel/Kirchberg ski area. The free ski bus stops right in front of the door so you can leave the car at home all week. Day trip to another ski area? The ski bus takes you within 10 minutes to the Ki-West gondola with access to more than 280 km of slopes of the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental.
The center of Kirchberg is within walking distance and you'll find a wide selection of stores, restaurants, bars and cozy après-ski.
Chalet Maria Rose has a cozy terrace and ten parking spaces.
The chalet has four floors.
First floor:
Stube with dining area and television. Fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and two kettles, among other things.
Recreation room with dining table, refrigerator and coffee maker.
Bedroom with a double bed, double sofa bed, television, sink and toilet. Bedroom with a shower and 2-person sofa bed.
Second floor:
Six bedrooms, three of which each have a double bed, television, balcony and bathroom with shower, sink, toilet. One bedroom has a double bed and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Two bedrooms each with a double bed, single sofa bed, television and bathroom with bath/shower, sink and toilet. Some bedrooms have a balcony.
Second floor:
Five bedrooms, one with a double bed, 1-person sofa bed and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. One with a double bed, double sofa bed, television and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. One with a double bed, television and bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. One with a double bed, double sofa bed, television, balcony and bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. And the last with a double bed, television, balcony and bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. Some bedrooms have a balcony.
Basement:
Bedroom with a double bed, double sofa bed, television and bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.
Laundry room with washer and dryer. Sauna with shower, toilet and relaxation area. There is also a playroom and ski storage.
Although there are more sleeping places, a maximum of 26 people are allowed.
