Chalet Maria Rose is ideal for large groups. Here you have the opportunity to stay in one chalet but have the privacy of your own bedroom and bathroom. This former guesthouse has several rooms where you can spend your evenings together.
Just 1.3 km away is the Fleckenalmbahn which takes you directly into the entire Kitzski Kitzbühel/Kirchberg ski area. The free ski bus stops right in front of the door so you can leave the car at home all week. Day trip to another ski area? The ski bus takes you within 10 minutes to the Ki-West gondola with access to more than 280 km of slopes of the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental.
The center of Kirchberg is within walking distance and you'll find a wide selection of stores, restaurants, bars and cozy après-ski.

This type is a smaller variant for up to 16 people. You have access to three floors with this variant.
First floor:
Stube with dining area and television. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and two kettles.
Recreation room with dining table, refrigerator and coffee maker.
Bedroom with a double bed, double sofa bed, television, sink and toilet. Bedroom with double sofa bed and shower.
Second floor:
Six bedrooms, three of which each have a double bed, television, balcony and bathroom with shower, sink, toilet. One bedroom has a double bed and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Two bedrooms each with a double bed, single sofa bed, television and bathroom with bath/shower, washbasin and toilet. Some bedrooms have a balcony.
Basement:
Bedroom with a double bed, 2-person sofa bed, television and bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. There is also a playroom and ski storage.
