New luxury chalets in a holiday park in St. Lorenzen

General description

Mountain Chalet is a new vacation park with detached luxury chalets and semi-detached chalets. Some chalets also have a private sauna. The chalets are still under construction and will be ready by the end of the summer. The photos shown are therefore still partly sample photos.

Just 600 meters away is the valley station of the Kreischberg ski area. This well organized ski area is ideal if you are looking for a friendly area, where you can easily meet each other again.

The center of St. Lorenzen is not large but you will find everything you need because there are several restaurants, stores and bars. The center is within walking distance of the vacation park Mountain Chalet. The nearest restaurant is located about 600 meters from Mountain Chalet.

Youth groups are not allowed in these chalets.

There is a charging facility for electric cars at a local rate.

Layout

This detached chalet has two floors.

First floor:
Living room with sitting area, dining area and television. Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle, among other things.

Bedroom with two single beds and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Separate toilet.

Second floor:
Three bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single fold-out bed (closet bed), one with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and one with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with bath and sink. Bathroom with shower and two sinks. Separate toilet.

There is also a sauna where you can relax, ski storage with ski boot dryer, washing machine, dryer, garden, terrace, parking and charging station for electric cars at a local rate.
