Apartments AlmApArt are luxury apartments with an atmospheric design. Different types of wood and natural materials have been used, making the apartments modern yet authentic.
Apartments AlmApArt is located in Pichl, not far from Mauterndorf and in the middle of the Lungau ski area. The nearest ski elevator (from Grosseck-Speiereck) is less than 6 km from the apartments. The free ski bus stops 100 meters away. Want to spend a day in a slightly larger area? The Aineck Katschberg ski area is about a 15-minute drive away.
In Pichl there is a supermarket and restaurant. For a more extensive choice you can go to Mauterndorf.
Each apartment has one parking space under the carport. Other cars can be parked next to the complex (subject to availability).
This type has two floors.
First floor:
Living room with single sofa bed, television atmosphere fireplace and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, four induction hobs, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker (cups) and kettle.
Bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm), television and en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Separate toilet.
Second floor:
Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and television. Bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Wellness with sauna, deck chairs, bath and shower. The two loungers in this wellness area are luxurious sun beds and one of them can also be used as a regular bed.
There is also a washing machine, balcony, covered terrace, ski storage and one parking space under the carport.
Although there are more beds, the maximum occupancy is seven people.
