Chalet Spykerhütte is a luxury detached chalet with a quiet location outside Rauris. The chalet has two living rooms and a bar where there is also a seating area so plenty of opportunities to socialize but also to find some privacy.
At 6.2 km you will find the nearest ski elevator with direct connection to the rest of the ski area of Rauris. You can drive by car or take the free ski bus that stops 200 meters away from Chalet Spykerhütte.
Don't want to cook yourself an evening? At 1.7 km away is a restaurant or you can drive to the center of Rauris where you have a wider choice. The supermarket is 5.7 km away.
Chalet Spykerhütte has four parking spaces.
Youth groups are not allowed in this chalet.
This chalet has three floors.
First floor:
Spacious entrance hall. Bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Bar with television. Storage room with ski boot dryer. Separate toilet.
Second floor:
Living room with sitting area, Kachelofen, television and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, four hotplates, oven, microwave, two dishwashers, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. In the kitchen there is a sitting area, television and dining area.
Bedroom with double bed and washbasin. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Second floor:
Three bedrooms, one with a double bed and washbasin, one with a double bed and one with a double bed, bunk beds and ensuite bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Bathroom with shower and sink. Separate toilet.
There is also a washing machine, dryer, balcony, terrace and garden.
