The three atmospheric villages Serfaus, Fiss and Ladis are situated around the Samnaungruppe and the Ötztaler Alps on a sunny plateau above the Tiroler Oberinntal. These three villages form one ski-area and offer 214 km of slopes, starting at an altitude of 1200 metres and leading to a height of 2828 meters! Because of the high altitude in combination with the modern snow-making machines, the ski area offers a snow guarantee throughout the season (December to April). Moreover, due to its location, the ski area offers around 2000 sun hours a year.See all our chalets and apartments in Serfaus / Fiss / Ladis
