General description

Apartment house Sonnhof is quiet and sunny on a slope on the outskirts of the charming village of Ladis. The Sonnenbahn ski elevator, which takes you directly into the ski area of Serfaus / Fiss / Ladis, is located 100 m from the apartment house. At the ski elevator you will also find the ski bus stop, a ski school and a cross-country trail.

The center of the authentic winter sports village of Ladis with its fairytale castle Laudegg is located about 600 meters from the chalet. Here you will find a supermarket, various stores, restaurants and bars. The nearest restaurant is located about 50 meters from the apartment house. In nearby Fiss you have even more choice in terms of stores and après-ski possibilities.

Apartment House Sonnhof was built in 2008 and consists of eight comfortable apartments. It features a spacious wellness area with a sauna, steam bath and relaxation room, where you can relax after a long day on the slopes. Massages are also available (for a fee). There is also an elevator, communal ski storage, a terrace with garden furniture and a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. All apartments have internet access (Wi-Fi, to be requested when booking). Bread roll service, breakfast and half board are available upon request. There are free parking spaces at the apartment house.
