Apartment building Subretta is located about 1.5 km from the center of Kappl, in the district Hof. Here you will find several restaurants and supermarkets. Are you looking for a lively après-ski and a wide range of bars and restaurants, you can go to the famous Ischgl at about 11 km.

At ca. 2,8 km from apartment building Subretta is the Dias cabin lift. This lift takes you to the Silvretta Arena, one of the largest and most popular ski areas in Austria. One of the sub ski areas of this ski area is located in Kappl and has approximately 40 km of slopes. The ski bus stop is only 80 meters away and the valley run "Abfahrt nach Hof" ends at 550 meters from apartment building Subretta.

For cross country skiers there are 30 km of trails in the Kappl area.
