Opposite the slopes and Markbachjoch ski elevator, in the friendly village of Niederau, you will find the completely renovated apartments Kristall Plaza Niederau. The luxury apartments have a central location, close to all amenities. In the village center of Niederau are a number of restaurants / bars, stores and two supermarkets. And also the ski rental is located near the apartments.
Niederau has its own ski area with mainly red and black runs or on the Markbachjoch and Lanerköpfl mountains. A toboggan run also departs from the Lanerköpfl. For more kilometers of slopes you can easily take the ski bus to the village of Auffach, the ski bus stops at the apartment. This sub ski area of the Wildschönau is connected to the Alpbachtal. Should you also want to ski in the WilderKaiser-Brixental ski area, you can drive to the Salvenbahn in Hopfgarten in about 15 minutes.
The small-scale apartment building Kristall Plaza Niederau has the traditional Austrian look on the outside, with lots of wood used. In the building are five apartments and a penthouse, all modernly furnished with floor heating and Wi-Fi, among other things. Bread service can be arranged through the reception. On the first floor is the new restaurant Glennie's with typical Dutch dishes and snacks, such as winter pea soup, tender steak and fish sandwiches, but also bitterballen and tompoucen are available here. Fans of après-ski can indulge themselves in Glennie's Café, where a DJ and/or a Dutch artist will regularly perform (the noise level will be taken into account with regard to sleep). Glennie's also serves lunch.
In the apartment building you will also find a reception, an elevator and a heated ski storage room. At Kristall Plaza Niederau are parking spaces.

Living room with sitting area, television with a.o. Dutch channels and a dining area. Modern kitchen with, among other things, a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. There is also a south-facing balcony and free Wi-Fi.
