Luxurious renovated apartments near the slope and ski lift at Niederau

General description

Opposite the slopes and Markbachjoch ski lift, in the friendly village of Niederau, you will find the completely renovated apartments Kristall Plaza Niederau (opened in December 2016). The luxury apartments have a central location, close to all amenities. In the village center of Niederau are a number of restaurants / bars, shops and two supermarkets. And also the ski rental is located near the apartments.

Niederau has its own ski area with mainly red and black runs or on the Markbachjoch and Lanerköpfl mountains. From the Lanerköpfl also leaves a toboggan run. For more kilometers of slopes you can easily take the ski bus to the village of Auffach, the ski bus stops at the apartment. This ski area of the Wildschönau is connected with the Alpbachtal. If you want to ski in the Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski area, you can in about 15 minutes drive to the Salvenbahn in Hopfgarten.

The small apartment building Kristall Plaza Niederau has the traditional Austrian look on the outside, with much wood is used. The building has five apartments and a penthouse, all modernly furnished with underfloor heating and Wi-Fi. At the reception bread roll service can be arranged. On the ground floor is the new restaurant Glennie's with typical Dutch dishes and snacks, such as winter pea soup, juicy steak and fish sandwiches, but also croquettes and tompoucen are available here. Lovers of après-ski can indulge themselves in Glennie's Café, where a DJ and/or Dutch artist performs regularly (the noise level is taken into account to ensure a good night's rest). Glennie's is also the place to be for lunch.

In the apartment building you will also find a reception, a lift and a heated ski storage room. Kristall Plaza Niederau has parking.

The lifts will close in Niederau on 27 March. You can still take the bus or car to Auffach where the lifts will be open until 3 April.

This type of apartment is situated at ground floor and is facing South or South West.

Living room with a sitting corner, TV and dining corner. Kitchen with e.g. four hotplates, an oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle and coffee machine. There is also a spacious terrace on the front side and the apartment offers a Wi-Fi internet connection. You have a view over the slopes from the apartment.

Two bedrooms, of which one with a double bed and TV and one spacious 4-person bedroom with a double bed and double sofa bed or two bunk beds. Two bathrooms, of which one with a bath, shower and toilet and one bathroom with a shower. Separate toilet.
