The modern apartments Residenz Drachenstein Wildschönau are located in Niederau, about 500 meters from the slopes and Markbachjoch ski elevator. In this Markbachjoch ski area you will find slopes of all levels. Should you also want to ski the linked Wildschönau - Alpbachtal ski area, you can easily take the ski bus to the Schatzbergbahn in Auffach.
