General description

Haus Andrea-Cäciel consists of several cosy apartments in Brixen im Thale, the oldest village in the Brixental valley. The Hochbrixen and SkiWeltbahn gondola lifts are less than a 5-minute drive away and are a great starting point for a varied day on the slopes. The Hochbrixen gondola takes you into the ski area towards places such as Söll and Ellmau, while the SkiWeltbahn takes you in the direction of Westendorf. This means you can explore a different part of SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental every day, with no less than 288 kilometres of slopes to discover. In the beautiful SkiWelt you can also ski the SkiWelt Tour, which can be completed in either direction. From 12 February, ‘Early Bird Skiing’ is available on Fridays and Saturdays from 7.30 am. Ideal for enthusiastic winter sports lovers who like to make the most of their day! For families with young children, please note that the Kinderland is located up on the mountain.

Cross-country skiing enthusiasts are also well catered for, with a high-altitude cross-country trail through the mountains at Hochbrixen. And there is plenty to enjoy for winter hikers too. With just one cable car ticket, winter hikers in SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental can use 13 panoramic gondola lifts. Enjoy fantastic panoramic views of more than 70 three-thousand-metre peaks, from the Wilder Kaiser to the Großglockner, as well as various winter hiking trails offering 360° views. Along the way, mountain huts and restaurants invite you to stop for something to eat or simply relax on one of the sunny terraces.

In the centre of Brixen you will find several shops, including supermarkets, as well as ski rental, a ski school and restaurants. For après-ski, you can visit the Brixner Stadl, although true après-ski enthusiasts may prefer to head to Kirchberg (8 minutes by car) or Westendorf (9 minutes by car).

All apartments have Wi-Fi and a balcony or terrace. Each apartment has one parking space, and electric vehicle charging is available at an additional charge based on the local rate.

If you enjoy fresh bread in the morning, you can make use of the bread delivery service or even order a breakfast basket. The free ski bus stop is right in front of the house (later during the day a 6-minute walk from the house). If this is not convenient, you can arrange with the owners whether you can make use of the shuttle service they offer. Brixen train station is just a 4-minute walk away, with trains taking you to Westendorf and Kirchberg in only a few minutes.

Layout

Living room with a comfortable seating area, television and dining area. Kitchen equipped with a hob, refrigerator and dishwasher, among other things. This type has a terrace.

Four bedrooms, three of which each have a double bed. The fourth bedroom is smaller and has a bunk bed suitable for children only. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and toilet and one with a shower. Separate toilet.
