Apartments Rabl is a fairly new and modern apartment house just 350 meters from the Salvista Gondelbahn in Itter. It has a quiet and sunny location and the road leading to it is the last bit sloping. From Itter's valley station you have a direct connection to the entire ski area of Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser/Brixental and at the end of the day you can ski down to the valley station.
In Itter you will find a small supermarket (approx. 2.6 km away). For big shopping, it is better to drive to Söll or Hopfgarten. Here you will also find a wide selection of restaurants, stores and bars.
Apartments Rabl has a shared ski storage room.
This is a combination of three apartments in one building. This is an ideal choice if you like to be in one building with just your own group but still want privacy. This is because the dining areas in the apartments are not large enough for the entire group to sit together at the same time.
Apartment 1:
This apartment is located on the first floor.
Living room with 1-person sofa bed, television and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen with four hotplates, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
Two bedrooms, one with a double bed, bunk bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and one with a double bed. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
There is also a terrace.
Apartment 2:
This apartment consists of two floors.
Second floor:
Living room with sitting area, dining area and television. Fully equipped kitchen with four hotplates, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Balcony.
Bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Second floor:
Vide with a double bed and two single beds. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Apartment 3:
This apartment consists of an apartment with bedroom and a separate bedroom opposite the apartment (on the other side of the corridor and therefore not connected to each other).
Second floor apartment:
Living room with dining area and television. Fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, two hotplates, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
Second floor apartment:
A wooden spiral staircase takes you from the kitchen to a loft with a double bed and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Balcony.
Second floor (opposite the apartment, via the corridor)
Bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
You have a total of six parking spaces.
Although this type has more sleeping places, the maximum occupancy is 12 persons.
