The chalet-apartments Leiter are about 1 km away from the Gaislachkoglbahn, which brings you to the slopes on the Gaislachkogl. The cabin elevator to the Giggijoch can be found about 3 km away. In total, the Sölden ski area has more than 140 km of slopes. The ski bus departs just 20 meters from the chalet apartments.

In the center of Sölden, which is about 1.7 km away, you will find cozy après-ski bars, restaurants, stores and supermarkets. Furthermore, in the village you will find the Freizeit Arena with, among other things, an indoor pool, skating rink and sports and wellness facilities.
