Combination of three apartments in the Leithe area

General description

Apartments Rosemarie are in an elevated and quiet location in the Leithe district of Sölden. You can reach the Giggijochbahn with the free ski bus that stops almost in front of the apartments (runs 3x in the morning and 3x in the afternoon). If there is enough snow, it is also possible to ski down to the Giggijochbahn using the valley run which is about 450 meters away. At the end of the day you ski down via the valley descent to this same point, then cover the last approx. 450 meters by foot. Or you take the ski bus from the Giggijochbahn to the Rosemarie apartments.

At the Giggijochbahn is the ski school and you can walk straight into the center. The center is about 2.5 km from the apartments. In the lively center of Sölden you will find next to several après-ski bars also many stores, ski rentals, cozy restaurants and the indoor sports and wellness center Freizeit Arena.

Rosemarie consists of several apartments that are offered together. We offer two combination apartments, ideal for groups who want to stay together under one roof. In both apartments you can cook and eat together. There is a shared ski storage room with ski boot dryer, Wi-Fi internet connection and bread service (for a fee). At the apartments you can park several cars.

Second, small kitchen with sitting area for 2 persons, television, 2-burner stove and microwave.

Five bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, television and shower. Three bedrooms, each with a double bed and a shower cabin. One bedroom with a double bed and television. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Two separate toilets.

There are also two balconies.

This is a combination of 3 apartments on the 1st floor.

Living kitchen with sitting/dining area suitable for 10 to 12 persons with television. Modern kitchen with 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, filter coffee maker and dishwasher.

Five bedrooms, including two 3-person rooms with washbasin and balcony and three 2-person rooms, two with en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. Third bathroom with shower and toilet. Separate toilet.

This apartment has four parking spaces, one at the apartment building and three at 250 meters. Furthermore, there is a balcony.
