At a distance of approx. 1.5 km you can explore the ski area of Kitzbühel / Kirchberg with the Panorama Railway and at a distance of approx. 4 km the Emerald Railway departs to the Wildkogel Ski Arena. The ski bus stops in front of the chalet.

The center of Bramberg am Wildkogel is about 3.4 km away. Here you can go for your daily groceries, but also for various (sports) shops and restaurants.

Layout

This chalet apartment is located on the second and third floor. This concerns the 10-person apartment, but for 6 people. One bedroom is closed and you are not allowed to use the two single beds on the loft. Therefore, these have been omitted from the classification.

On the second floor is the cozy living room (sloping roofs) with a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle. Three bedrooms, each with a double bed. Two bathrooms, each with a shower. Two separate toilets.

The third floor is a loft with sloping roofs that can be reached from the living room via an open staircase and has a small sitting area and a television.
