Chalet-Apartment Althaus is in a quiet location near the authentic village of Neukirchen and it makes a good starting point for exploring the various ski areas in the region. The gondola elevator to the Wildkogel Ski Arena is 2.9 km from the chalet. Here you will also find the ski school with Kinderland. The KitzSki Kitzbühel / Kirchberg ski area can be reached via Hollersbach in about 10 minutes by car and the Zillertal Arena is about 20 minutes from Neukirchen. Both ski areas can also be reached by ski bus, the ski bus leaves at 150 meters.
Cross-country skiers can use 45 km of trails in the Wildkogel Ski Arena, for snowboarders there is a fun park with a halfpipe and there are also plenty of hiking opportunities in the area.
The center of the cozy Neukirchen is located 2.6 km away. You will find a ski school, child care, various stores, restaurants and après-ski venues, a cinema and some wellness facilities.
Originally Chalet-appartement Althaus is a typical farmhouse, recently renovated with modern and rustic furnishings. Next to the chalet is a farm with several animals. Chalet-Apartment Althaus has a WI-FI internet connection, a ski storage room with ski boot dryer and six parking spaces. Bread roll service is available on site (for a fee). The owner occupies the first floor.
This chalet apartment is spread over the first and second floors. The entrance is accessed via an external staircase.
Living/dining room with typical Austrian dining area with 2 large dining tables and television. Modern kitchen equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker (filter), kettle and dishwasher.
Six bedrooms, five of which have a double bed and one quadruple room with a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed. All bedrooms have a sink and television and most bedrooms have a balcony.
Two bathrooms, one with massage shower and toilet and one with shower and toilet. There are also two separate toilets.
