Spacious detached chalet with private sauna

General description

Just outside Neukirchen, in a quiet location, is the detached Chalet Schiedhof. The chalet consists of three vacation apartments and several living kitchens, making it ideal for larger groups who want to stay together, but can also appreciate some privacy. The chalet has a typical Austrian interior and a warm atmosphere. There is also a garden where the children can play in the snow after a day on the slopes and a furnished terrace with bbq.

The Wildkogel Ski Arena ski area is about 3 km away. This family-friendly ski area consists of many blue and red slopes and several ski schools can be found. The center of Neukirchen is located near the Bergbahnen and in this small and cozy center you will find, among other things, restaurants, a bakery and a number of stores.

At Chalet Schiedhof there are ten parking spaces available and there is a ski storage room where you can store your ski equipment. Furthermore, the chalet has Wi-Fi internet connection.

Layout

The chalet is spread over four floors.

On the first floor you will find a large living kitchen with, among other things, hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, dining area and television. Access to the terrace.

On the second floor there is a second living kitchen with, among other things, a single bed and double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Furthermore, on the second floor you will find one walk-through bedroom with a single bed and one bedroom with a double bed, single sofa bed and television. Bathroom with bath and toilet.

The second floor has two living kitchens, both with television. One of the kitchens has a 2-person high sleeper. Both kitchens have hotplates, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. One of the kitchens also has a microwave.

On the second floor there are a total of six bedrooms. Two with two single beds each and four with a double bed each. One en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. Three bathrooms, one with shower and toilet, one with shower and one with bath and toilet. Two separate toilets.

In the basement you will find a washing machine (to be used against payment).

Although this chalet has more beds, the maximum permitted occupancy is 20 people.
