The apartments of Avenida Mountain Lodges are located on the outskirts of Kaprun, 150 meters from the ski bus stop. The Maiskogel ski area is about 1.5 km away and is connected to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier (3203m), giving you access to a versatile ski area. You can also still explore the ski area of Zell am See, the Areitxpress that takes you up Schmittenhöhe is 6.5 km away.
