Avenida Mountain Resort is an apartment building on the outskirts of the center of Kaprun, with a beautiful panoramic view of Kaprun and the mountain world. The distance to the ski slope is about 700 meters and the ski bus stop is located at the apartment building. The center of Kaprun is about 750 meters away, here you will find various stores, après-ski bars and restaurants.

What a fantastic penthouse, almost nothing to complain about. We missed out on children's cutlery. We were there with 4 adults and 2 children, spacious bedrooms with TV in every room. Delicious sandwich service, and top restaurant in the building. Pool also good. Parking garage all the way, when we were there the snow was snowing. Cars outside had to be excavated. The location in relation to the slopes slightly less, but city bus stops at the door and takes you to Maiskogellift. Hence a good connection to the glacier and Zell am See. Final assessment penthouse ....... GREAT !!!!
