The FP Apartments are ideally located in Kaprun within walking distance of the ski elevators and the center. The apartments have been recently renovated and are equipped with every comfort.
At ca. 300 m is the Lechnerberg with children's elevator, practice meadow and ski school. The Maiskogelbahn gondola is about 650 m away and this elevator will take you to the Maiskogel family ski area. From this area you can take a connecting elevator to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier at over 3000 meters! You can also explore the ski area of Zell am See, the Areitxpress which takes you up the Schmittenhöhe is 6.5 km away. From here you can even go to the ski area of Saalbach/Hinterglemm/Leogang/Fieberbrunn. This is because your pass is valid for all the mentioned areas. You can make use of a free ski bus, the ski bus stop is about 180 m away.
The cozy center of Kaprun is less than 5 minutes walk, here you will find several stores and restaurants. In addition, there are a few cozy après-ski bars. In Kaprun there is also a toboggan run and a wellness center.
The FP Apartments have a ski storage room with ski boot dryers, a parking garage, an elevator and free Wi-Fi.
