The beautiful apartments of Kitz Residenz are located at the bottom of the Kitzsteinhorn in Kaprun. The center of Kaprun is within walking distance (about 800 meters) and the ski bus stops almost in front of the apartment. The ski bus takes you to the Maiskogel ski area (approx. 1.3 km away) or to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier (approx. 5 km away). A new connecting elevator connects these two areas and allows you to ski almost the entire year on the snow-sure slopes that this area has to offer. The ski area of Zell am See is about 6 km away.
In the 1950s, during the construction of the dam, the building of Kitz Residenz was a hospital. After a thorough renovation, they are now very spacious and modern apartments. The building with its distinctive red and white shutters has been extended with two towers inspired by the design of the castle in Kaprun.

Prima ontvangst, appartement viel tegen. Slecht onderhouden keuken, kleine woonkamer voor de huurprijs. Complex is erg gehorig. Eerste twee nachten om half 7 wakker vanwege overlast bovenburen. Verder wel schoon, prima bedden en ligging is ook goed.
