This was the first time we rented property through an agency. Even though the house was brand new and it had all things to make a comfortable and pleasant stay, we didn’t enjoy it that much. The host was not so friendly and made a big deal from the start for 12 euros for additional sheets, which we were bringing for the baby cot anyway. Then they never assisted us in finding electric charger for the car and wrongfully blamed us for causing electricity issues, when it seemed that there was a switch (looking exactly as a lamp switch) and noone told us about it. The area around the house was very dusty and overall not in a very picturesque area.

It is a beautiful house and beautifully decorated. It is quietly located 15 minutes from the ski area of Zell am See. It is only too small for 10 adults in our opinion. The living/dining room is not too spacious and a maximum of 8 adults can fit at the dining table. Furthermore, fully equipped and nice showers, comfortable beds and also beautiful space for skis and shoes
