The luxury semi-detached Chalet Green Garden Lodge A2 is located in Walchen, near Kaprun. Less than three minutes away you will find the Erlebnisberg Naglköpf, this practice slope with drag elevator is ideal for beginning winter sports enthusiasts. The ski area of Kaprun, with connection to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier, can be reached with the MK Maiskogelbahn, located in the center of Kaprun. Want to spend a day exploring the slopes elsewhere? Zell am See is less than 10 minutes away from Chalet Green Garden. The ski bus stops about 300 meters from the chalet apartment.
In the picturesque center of Piesendorf, located about 2 km away, you will find a small supermarket and a bakery. For more facilities, including all kinds of nice (sports) stores and cozy restaurants you should go to Kaprun, located about 6.5 km from Chalet Green Garden.
Chalet Green Garden Lodge A2 is attractively furnished and fully equipped. For example, the chalet apartment has a wonderful sauna, after a day on the skis this offers the ultimate in relaxation. Furthermore, Green Garden Lodge A2 has a ski storage room with ski boot dryers, table football table, washing machine and dryer. Two parking spaces.
There is a charging facility for electric cars at a local rate.
The chalet is spread over three floors.
On the second floor is the living room with a nice sitting area and television. Through the living room you have access to the balcony, from here you have stunning views of the mountain world. Open kitchen with a dining table, hotplates, oven, refrigerator (with freezer), kettle, coffee maker (filter and cups) and a dishwasher.
On the second floor is one bedroom with a double bed and television. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the first floor are three bedrooms, two with a double bed and television and one with two bunk beds. Two bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet.
In the basement you will find the relaxation room with sauna, shower and deck chairs. Furthermore, the chalet apartment has a washer and dryer.
