General description
The Dornauer apartments are located in Aschau im Zillertal, at a very sunny location. The apartment building is situated between two big ski areas in the Zillertal; the slopes and ski lift of the Hochfügen-Hochzillertal area is situated at about 7 km. From Zell am Ziller, situated at a 6 km distance, you can go skiing in the Zillertal Arena ski area. Both ski areas have a ski school.
The centre of Aschau im Zillertal can be found at a 3 km distance, the centre of Kaltenbach is situated at 7 km. Your daily groceries can be bought in the supermarket which is ca. 3 km away from the building and the nearest restaurant is about 2.5 km away. Locally produced products can be bought here as well.
The Dornauer building houses three apartments, of which we offer two. The building is built against the hill so snowchains are advised! There are several parkingspots available next to the building.
Booked ski or snowboard equipments has to be collectd in Kaltenbach, at the skirental shop under the ski lift.
Layout
This modestly furnished apartment is situated on the ground floor and has a private entrance.
The living room has a lounge area with a single sofa bed, TV and dining area. The kitchen has e.g. four hot plates, oven, fridge and a dishwasher. It has a Wi-Fi internet connection and a sitting area in the garden.
Two bedrooms, of which one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Bathroom with a bath/shower. Separate toilet.
The given price applies for an occupancy of maximum 4 persons. The maximum capacity of this apartment is 5 persons (on request). For the 5th person an additional charge is required (€ 70.00 p.w. - excl. lift pass, request when booking). This amount has to be paid on site.
