Apartment Rosenheim is a fairly new and modern apartment and is part of an apartment house with a total of six apartments. At about 400 meters you will find the Finkenberger Almbahn which brings you directly into the ski area of Finkenberg/Mayrhofen. To get back to Finkenberg you should always take the gondola because there is no slope all the way to the valley station. However, there is a practice slope next to the gondola. Would you rather spend a day on the Hintertux Glacier? The free ski bus stops almost at the door of apartment Rosenheim.
In Finkenberg you will find a few stores, restaurants and bars. There are also entertainment options but if you are really looking for a lively and extensive nightlife you should definitely visit neighboring Mayrhofen (about 4 kilometers away).
Apartment Rosenheim has a shared sauna with relaxation room, ski storage room and two parking spaces (in case of heavy snowfall, however, this may only be one).

No personal reception. A good system with key box. Very complete kitchen inventory. Nice large living room. Sliding doors between bathrooms and bedrooms could be better, they let a lot of noise through.
