Located between the ski areas of Hochfügen and Spieljoch is farm Untererhof, in which the apartments are located. This farm is in a quiet and sunny location in the district of Pankratzberg, about 3 km from the town of Fügen.
From Fügen, the Spieljochbahn gondola elevator takes you to the compact and family-friendly Spieljoch ski area. At the valley station of this ski elevator you will also find a ski school and ski rental. You can also drive to the ski area of Hochfügen, which is located about 10 km away. This ski area is connected to the Hochzillertal ski area and together they offer over 180 km of slopes. You can also reach the Hochzillertal ski area with the Hochzillertalbahnen from Kaltenbach (ca. 11 km). There is a ski bus stop about 300 meters from the apartments.
For amenities such as a supermarket, stores, restaurants and bars you can visit the cozy ski resort of Fügen. A wellness center with indoor pool and an ice skating rink can also be found here.
The apartments have Wi-Fi and a cozy interior. The farm also features a large garden and several animals. You can also buy the farm's own products, such as eggs, butter, cheese and bacon. Parking is available and it is recommended to bring snow chains.
This apartment (spread over two floors) is located on the first and second floors.
Cozy living/dining room with a dining area (note: is quite cramped for 10 adults) and television. Open kitchen equipped with a 4-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee maker and dishwasher, among other things. Furthermore, this apartment has Wi-Fi and two balconies.
Four bedrooms, two of which each have a double bed (one with a sink), one with a double bed and a single sofa bed and one with a bunk bed and a single bed (pushed together). Some bedrooms are under a sloping roof. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and toilet and one with a bathtub. Two separate toilets.
Please note that the stairs to the attic floor are quite steep.

The stated price applies to occupancy with a maximum of 6 persons. A maximum of 8 persons are allowed in this apartment (on request). For the extra person there is a surcharge of € 140.00 per week, to be paid locally (excluding ski pass).
