10-person apartment in a farm at 3 km from the lively village of Fügen

General description

Located between the ski areas of Hochfügen and Spieljoch is farmhouse Untererhof, in which this cosy 10-person apartment is located. This farmhouse is located in a quiet and sunny location in the district of Pankratzberg, about 3 km from the town of Fügen.

From Fügen the cabin elevator Spieljochbahn takes you to the compact and family-friendly Spieljoch ski area. At the valley station of this ski elevator you will also find a ski school and ski rental. You can also drive to the ski area of Hochfügen, which is located about 10 km away. This ski area is connected to the Hochzillertal ski area and together they offer over 180 km of slopes. You can also reach the Hochzillertal ski area with the Hochzillertalbahnen from Kaltenbach (approx. 11 km). There is a ski bus stop located about 300 meters from apartment Untererhof.

For amenities such as a supermarket, stores, restaurants and bars you can visit the cozy ski resort of Fügen. Also a wellness center with indoor pool and ice rink can be found here.

Apartment Untererhof has among other things internet (Wi-Fi, for a fee) and two balconies and offers a beautiful view of the mountains. The farm also has a large garden and several animals. You can also buy the farm's own products, such as eggs, butter, cheese and bacon. Parking is available and it is recommended to bring snow chains.

Layout

This apartment is divided over two floors; the first and the second floor.

There is a cosy living / dining room with a sitting area (note: limited space for a group of 10 persons) and a TV. Open kitchen with e.g. hotplates, a fridge, microwave, oven, coffee machine and a dishwasher. The apartment also offers a Wi-Fi internet connection (for an additional fee) and two balconies.

There are four bedrooms, of which two with a double bed (one of them has a sink), one 3-person bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed and another 3-person bedroom with two bunk beds and a single bed (moved together). Some bedrooms are situated under a sloped roof. Two bathrooms, of which one with a shower and a toilet and one bathroom with a bath. Two separate toilets.

Note: the stairs up to the top floor is quite steep.
