Kaiser Franz Josef Hütte consists of four semi-detached chalets with a perfect location in the middle of the ski area of Hochfügen next to the Holzalm ski slope at 750 meters from the Holzalm ski elevator. The snow-sure ski area of Hochfügen (2500 m) is connected to the Hochzillertal by the Wedelexpres ski elevator, here you will find a beautiful ski area with slopes for all levels. You can also take the ski bus to the Spieljoch ski area near Fügen. Your ski pass is valid for the entire Zillertal with approx. 540 km of slope kilometers!
Next to the chalets is the cozy Aarwirthütte with sun terrace, here you can order sandwiches for breakfast and enjoy many Tyrolean specialties. More restaurants, stores and supermarkets can be found in Fügen at approx. 15 km.
The Kaiser Franz Josef chalets have a wood-burning stove and a sauna, where you can warm up after an active day on the slopes. The chalets have a ski storage room, Wifi and parking facilities.
This type is a combination of the two linked chalets. So the description below applies 2x. There is no connecting door to get together.
Spacious living/dining kitchen with dining table, television and Swedish wood stove.
The open kitchen includes an electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dishwasher.
Three bedrooms with a double bed, one of which has a television. One sleeping cabin with a double bed. Rooms partly with balcony.
Two bathrooms with shower, one of which is in the sauna room (each chalet has its own sauna room) which is accessible from outside. Two toilets, one of which is separate from the sauna room.
Furthermore, there are two parking spaces per chalet (you can get to about 50 meters from the chalets by car, parking is possible at about 150 meters)

Very nice accommodation next to the ski piste. When booking, keep in mind that Hochfügen is a small village with no bakery or supermarket. There is a bread service, but it's expensive.
